All professors at Montgomery College are held to the same standards for experience and work.
So why are there different standards for pay?
Part-time professors are paid at a lower standard than full time professors of comparable credentials and experience.
Pay parity means that a part-time professor should receive the same pay for the same work of teaching, class preparation and student meetings as a comparable full-time professor.
