CHI Workers Ratify First Contract

By a margin of nearly two to one, workers at CHI voted overwhelmingly to ratify the contract negotiated by their fellow workers on the bargaining team.

The contract includes a 4% wage increase, applied retroactively to the first pay period in July, compensation for out of town travel and also reforms how vacation and sick leave are calculated to make sure that workers are able to use the vacation time.
