SEIU Local 500 Announces Initial List of Maryland General Election Endorsements

After interviewing dozens of candidates and listening to the recommendations of its members, SEIU Local 500 endorsed its first group of candidates for the 2018 general election in Maryland.

Additional endorsements may be announced as more candidate interviews are held.

“Working people are finding a new and stronger voice in Maryland and across the country,” said SEIU Local 500 President, Merle Cuttitta. “These candidates have shown that they want to amplify the voice of Maryland working families and stand up for our schools and economic justice.”
