Navarro Wins MoCo Council District 4 Special Election

Thanks to the hard work of many Local 500 members, who volunteered their time at the Navarro campaign office and out in District 4 neighborhoods, Nancy Navarro won the May 19th Special Election and will be Montgomery County's newest council member.
