SEIU Local 500 represents more than 6,500 early learning professions. Where we work: Across the state of Maryland & at Head Start centers in Maryland and Washington, DC What we do: As family child care providers, we care for and educate Maryland’s children while their parents work or go to school. We also work in Head Start centers providing high quality early education.
