Contacting a Contract Administration Representative
You may encounter a problem at your workplace during your workday. You may be disciplined or fired. You may also have issues with your leave or paycheck. The union might be able to help you solve these problems. Complete the form below to receive assistance from the Representation Department.
After contacting us online or calling, you will be placed in rotation and assigned to the next available representative. You should expect to receive a call back or an email within two business days. A Contract Administration Representative will discuss your case with you and arrange a time to meet.
