Early Care and Education Providers: Taking Advantage of the New Small Business Administration Loan and Grant Programs
These webinars provide an overview of the business resources in the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 (CRRSA), which was enacted on December 27, 2020. CRRSA appropriates funds to help small businesses, including minority-owned businesses and nonprofit organizations, recover from the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic through the continuation of an improved version of the Payroll Protection Program (PPP), Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) and other supports.
National Townhall Meetings on the COVID Vaccine
SEIU is holding another four virtual national town halls in February for members to learn about the COVID vaccines - how they work, how they were developed, and how they were tested. Members will be able to submit their questions at registration or during the live Q&A during the sessions. The town halls will be moderated by SEIU Executive Vice-President Leslie Frane and feature Dr. Alicia Fernandez a professor at the University of San Francisco and general internist at San Francisco General Hospital.
